Just ideal for both business and leisure travelers alike. The superb location makes it easy and convenient for us to visit Hanoi attractions. It was nice doing shopping as we did get some great bargain. Our visit to majestic pagodas and palaces were simply amazing.

I remember our stay in the Somerset West Lake Hanoi for its warm hospitality. This apartment has been tailor made to suit individual international executive and family for business travel or relocation. The 24 hour security and reception made our stay homely and secure. Will be back here soon.
