We stayed here a few times before. The recent refurbishment is great. Our room was excellent and we all enjoyed it immensely. A great family apartment.

The staff of the Citadines South Kensington was always present with their prompt service and this impressed me a lot. Moreover, I was also allowed to keep my pet along with me in my studio.

I had great time staying in Citadines South Kensington as it is located at a close distance to Kensington Olympia Station and also to many important London attractions. I will love to come back and stay here for sure and discover more of London.

Ah! The location of Citadines in South Kensington is fantastic. My friend and I had planned a weekend vacation in London and staying here I was heartily satisfied. The hotel really gave us home-like experience. In its surrounding was the Starbuck- a perfect place to enjoy my café. Apart from that we also had the chance to check the major shopping streets. No wonder the rooms were clean but I think the hotel needs to go through some refurbishment.

My family and I had a lovely time during our 1 week stay at Citadines South Kensington. Room rate were quite cheap thus saving my money and the rooms were incredibly clean. Its location is unbeatable. The area is safe and the staff was too friendly though a bit slow. I am looking forward to make my bookings in Citadines when I visit London next.
