needs an overall refurbishment to meet latest standards. lack of cutlery and china items uncomfortable loose mattress micro wave oven would have been appreciated as additional equipment

My stay at Chelsea Cloister with my parents was full of life. As it is centrally located in Chelsea and close to the South Kensington tube station, we did not have any problem having access to important landmarks of the city.

Chelsea Cloister is located in the heart of Chelsea. I liked its proximity to the important restaurants and shopping streets like Kings Road, South Kensington and Knightsbridge.

Anybody staying at Chelsea Cloisters will definitely love its proximity to restaurants and cafés. Though the apartment has 3 restaurants of its own but we still enjoyed having dinner in the nearby restaurants. Nice experience.

We were given a studio to stay which was perfect for two of us to stay. At the studio we had the facility of cooking our own meal in the fully-equipped kitchen which had refrigerator, microwave oven, cutleries, toaster and many more things. There was also a satellite TV for our entertainment. It was wonderful experience staying there.

We are from Italy and were in London city for our short summer breaks. The staff of Chelsea Cloister should be applauded for their excellent work. There was 24-hour concierge service to keep us up-dated with all information. Moreover, because of the well-versed multilingual staff we did not have face any problem during our stay.
