Watch This Space offers 100 shows and events at the National Theatre. The free summer festival will transform Theatre Square with many events which include theatre, music, dance, club nights and many more. Theatre Square will be hosting BBC Blast workshops and showcases and youngsters will get an opportunity to meet and work with designers and experts in the workshops.
Street Theatre will present several street performances which include circus, dance, theatre, and many more. Special highlights of the Street theatre include Cirque Bijou, “The Bicycle Ballet,” and Mimbre’s “The Bridge.”
You can enjoy the best in the music world with contemporary musicians include El Tambura, Taala and Ola Onabule.
The event will also have late night shows which include Arquiem, Storm Bringer and a British premiere of Polish production by Teatre Biuro Podrozy.
On Bank Holiday weekend, you can have the opportunity to enjoy dance. Top dances performances include Fantazia with Nadjma, Taara and ballroom with Jay Craig Orchestra. You can enjoy various cultural dance styles.
Five new street shows organized by the National theatre in collaboration with Cirque City and Bristol city will provide an opportunity to the visitors to see the future circus stars develop the skills.
Late Lounge with the new idea of Bring and Share, the original DIY disco, will enable weekends of vinyl-swapping eclecticism. DJs who will play in the Late Lounge include Helix, The Glee Club, Camden Stags, Letric Lady and many more.
