Apartment Description:Just a few minutes stroll from Deansgate and the MEN Arena the Bloom Street Apartments are located within easy reach of all Manchester’s main business, shopping and leisure attractions.
As the photos show the apartments have been furnished to a five star standard. The style is both contemporary yet supremely comfortable. No expense has been spared in providing you with a luxurious home from home feel.
The kitchens are spacious and fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms too are elegant, finished in slate grey and white tiles. The penthouse has a fabulous extra large floor standing bath tub for you to relax and recharge. As with all padhotels apartments we have installed state of the art, Samsung 40” LCD, flat screen TV’s complete with freeview and all the UK’s digital radio channels. In true five star luxury the penthouse master bedroom also boasts a 40” flat screen TV.
There are seven apartments in total with the top floor being taken exclusively by the extra large penthouse. All seven apartments have a balcony except the penthouse that also has a ten metre square roof terrace complete with outdoor furniture. There is also a separate communal roof terrace that can be enjoyed by all guests staying in the Bloom Street Apartments building.
The beds are unique, all being king size, semi orthopaedic and complimented by an extra comfort luxurious mattress topper. The difference is the zip and lock system allowing them to be separated into two singles thus up to four people can sleep in each apartment.
This is extremely cost effective for large families, sports teams and business conference delegates. In total the building can accommodate up to twenty eight guests in total comfort at the most competitive of rates.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY
The cancellation and amendment deadline is for 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time. This cancellation policy will also be stated on the confirmation. All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail. Any reservation cancelled more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Any reservation amended (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force. Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival. Any reservation made or arriving within 3 working days prior to arrival will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled prior to arrival will also incur a full charge. Clients are responsible for contacting Apartotels.com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the property will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY For a cancellation notified at any time after mid-day (12:00) 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date or for a 'no show', Apartotels.com will retain an amount as follows: for stays of under 7 nights, the value of one night's stay; for stays of between 7 nights to 27 nights, the value of three nights' stay; and for stays of more than 28 nights, the value of seven nights' stay.
The above amount will be deducted from the refund issued. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to a £25 (GBP) processing fee if the length of stay is being reduced. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force and both the new rate and processing fee will be taken into account before any refund is made. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be extended (subject to availability of course), there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.
