Room types:

• 1-Bed Open Plan Apartment
  The open-plan one-bed apartments are partitioned with a bedroom containing one queen-size double bed and the living space includes a kitchen with full cooking facilities, a hob & microwave combi-oven. The apartments include freeview TV channels and high-speed broadband is complimentary in the apartments.


• 2-Bedroom Apartment
  These are self-contained apartments with a shared living area and two separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms. Each bedroom contains one queen-size double bed, the living space includes a kitchen with full cooking facilities; a hob & microwave combi-oven. The apartments include freeview TV channels, also high-speed WiFi is complimentary in the apartments


• American Double Apartment
  The American Double apartments have a separate bedroom & living area. The bedroom contains two queen-size double beds and two bathrooms, the living space includes a kitchen with full cooking facilities; a hob & microwave combi oven. The apartments include freeview TV channels, also high-speed broadband is complimentary in the apartments.

Please Note: If paying directly to the property, full payment is taken at the point of booking and all bookings are subject to a 3% credit card fee where a credit card is used to make a booking. This credit card surcharge is non refundable.

IMPORTANT: There is a strict no party policy at this building resulting in a £1000 charge to your credit card failure to adhere to this policy.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES INFORMATION

• Internet access: wireless internet free in all apartments.


• Cleaning frequency: Weekly for free, daily cleaning is charged at £30 per service.


• Laundry facility: all apartments have integrated Washer and dryer.


• Air conditioning: available in all apartments.


• Leisure facility: swimming pool and fitness centre available from mid 2010.


• Parking: Onsite car parking non-available. But for some properties, possibility to park on a supermarket car park for £10 a night.


• Extra bed: available to be added in apartments (limited supply) except studio, superior studio or one bedroom open-plan apartments. It costs £30 a night.


• Welcome pack: tea, coffee, instruction booklet.

Amenities:

The cancellation and amendment deadline is 3 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time.

Please note that reservations made for “non-refundable” apartment types as stated in the apartment type name are non changeable and non refundable. Please be aware that for those reservations no refund will be made at any point and for any reason.

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

Any reservation – excluding “non-refundable” reservations - cancelled more than 3 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

Any reservation amended - excluding “non-refundable” reservations - (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 3 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then there will be no refund.

Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival.

Any reservation made or arriving within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to arrival will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled on time prior to arrival will also incur a full charge.

Clients are responsible for contacting Apartotels.com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the property will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
For a cancellation notified at any time after mid-day (12:00) 3 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date or for a 'no show', the entire amount paid will be non refundable.

MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL
After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to availability and in the case of the stay being reduced, the total amount paid for the original stay will be non-refundable.
