Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests.
All cancellations and amendments made after the deadline will be charged in full up to a maximum of 3 nights.
Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid)
