The property will not confirm any reservation under any circumstances if the stated documents are not provided.
Please also note that bookings for the same day after 1200 hrs are not accepted.

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests.

Stay less than 7 nights: cancellation deadline: 6 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: non-refundable.

Stay between 7 to 27 nights: cancellation deadline: 8 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 7 nights charge.

Stay of 28 nights or more: cancellation deadline: 22 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 10 nights charge.

The above amount will be deducted from the refund issued. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge, as well as our £25 (GBP) processing fee.

MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL

After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to a £25 (GBP) processing fee if the length of stay is being reduced.

If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force and both the new rate and processing fee will be taken into account before any refund is made. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

If the duration of the reserved stay is to be extended (subject to availability of course), there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.
