Breakfast:
The Grand Plaza now offer a Continental (£7.50 on day, £6.50 pre-booked) and English (£10.95 on day, £9.95 pre-booked) Breakfast buffets. Served between 8am and 11am.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests.
Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

Stay less than 14 nights: cancellation deadline: 3 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 1 nights charge.

Stay between 14 to 30 nights: cancellation deadline: 9 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 7 nights charge.

Stay of more than 30 nights: cancellation deadline: 16 days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 14 nights charge.
