Important: Please be aware from January 2011 the Grand Plaza will not be accepting departures on Sundays, therefore Saturdays have a 2 night minimum stay requirement.

Studio apartments in Grand Plaza have double or twin beds, en-suite bathrooms, a large living area and an open plan kitchen. The Grand Plaza now offer a Continental (£7.50 on day, £6.50 pre-booked) and English (£10.95 on day, £9.95 pre-booked) Breakfast buffets. Served between 8am and 11am.

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests.
Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
Stay less than 14 nights: cancellation deadline: 4 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 1 nights charge.
Stay between 14 to 30 nights: cancellation deadline: 9 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 7 nights charge.
Stay of more than 30 nights: cancellation deadline: 16 days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 14 nights charge.
IMPORTANT: Special conditions for reservations arriving between 26th May 2012 and 30th September 2012:
50% of the total value of the booking will be charged at the time of booking and it's non refundable.
The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Should you wish to cancel your booking you have to do so up to 30 days prior to arrival date.
After this date full amount will be debited from your card and will be not refunded.
