All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests.
Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
If you wish to cancel or amend this reservation you can do so by contacting us at least before 12:00 (noon) London time 29 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) prior to the arrival date.
If you fail to cancel prior to this time, or fail to arrive (no-show), the property reserve the right to charge as follows:
- 7 nights charge if cancelled between 14 and 28 days prior to arrival
- 14 nights charge if cancelled within 14 days of arrival in low season (1st October - 31st May)
- 21 nights charge if cancelled within 14 days of arrival in high season (1st June - 30th September)
All cancellations incur our £25 processing + 5% card handling fee.
