Our Canary South development is the newest addition to our portfolio. Canary Wharf nearby has fantastic underground and rail links to London's West End and London City. It is also conveniently located to London City International Airport. Each apartment has been specially designed with space and convenience in mind and contains all the luxuries of home-from-home living. Underfloor heating has been provided and all apartments come equipped with broadband points in the lounge and bedrooms, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchens and easy-to-operate entry phone systems. The two penthouse apartments on the top floor offer panoramic views of Canary Wharf and docklands and are furnished to a very high specification.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All Marlin Apartments operate self check in facilities. A confirmation must be received prior to arrival with the check in procedure and access codes.

Access:
  • Block 2, Canary South is accessible from Byng Street, off Westferry Road, and approximately seven minutes walk from the heart of Canary Wharf and the Jubilee underground line. The development is about a three minute walk from either South Quay or Heron Quays DLR lines
  • By Bus:Block 2, Canary South is serviced by 2 bus routes, the D3 and the D7. Exit the bus at the Westferry Road, Manilla Street stop and walk down to Byng Street (parallel to Manilla Street). Turn onto Byng Street and Block 2 is on the left.
  • By Tube:Take the jubilee line to Canary Wharf and exit the station. Continue straight ahead, to your left, and pass the entrance to Heron Quays DLR station. Continue down to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Westferry Road. Byng Street is the third street to the left. The entrance to Marlin Apartments, Block 2, is on the left.
  • By DLR:Take the DLR to Heron Quays and exit the station. Turn left and continue down to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Westferry Road. Byng Street is the third street to the left. The entrance to Marlin Apartments, Block 2, is on the left.
  • By Car:Make your way to Westferry Road from Canary Wharf and turn left onto Byng Street. Canary South, Block 2, is located on the left.

Important:
Upon check in, guests will be required to produce a valid photographic identification. Please note that a damage deposit of at least £200 will be taken from guests credit or debit card at time of check in. Guests with no proof of ID and/or no damage deposit will be refused entry and the total accommodation cost will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation and amendment deadline is 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time.

Please note that reservations made for “non-refundable” apartment types as stated in the apartment type name are non changeable and non refundable. Please be aware that for those reservations no refund will be made at any point and for any reason.

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

Any reservation – excluding “non-refundable” reservations - cancelled more than 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

Any reservation amended - excluding “non-refundable” reservations - (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then there will be no refund.

Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival.

Any reservation made or arriving within 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to arrival will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled on time prior to arrival will also incur a full charge.

Clients are responsible for contacting Apartotels.com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the property will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
For a cancellation notified at any time after mid-day (12:00) 4 working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the arrival date or for a 'no show', the entire amount paid will be non refundable.

MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL
After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to availability and in the case of the stay being reduced, the total amount paid for the original stay will be non-refundable.
