Each spacious, light apartment boasts the highest quality fittings and furnishings along with all mod cons, complimentary toiletries and a welcome breakfast pack.

A specialist interior designer has designed each apartment to the highest specification. All have unique, stunning features whether it be a stylish mezzanine level or floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views across the city. Apartments contain either 1 or 2 bedrooms and for families, travel cots and child beds can be provided at no extra charge. All 2 bedroom apartments have an additional bathroom as standard.

Apartments have all the latest technology including free wireless broadband, direct dial telephones to each room, LCD televisions in the lounge and bedrooms, a DVD player and MP3 connection. Guests can also take advantage of free local and national calls if they stay less than 7 days. Reception also provides fax and photocopying facilities as required.

The apartments have a concierge service, maid service, full lift access to each floor and CCTV. There are various parking options close by and details will be provided on request. For those arriving by public transport the apartments are located a short walk from both Queen Street and Central Station and the Glasgow Airport shuttle bus stops at Buchanan Bus Station nearby.

Directions:

• By Air:
  • Take the Glasgow Flyer Bus from airport to Buchanan Bus Station. Walk down Buchanan St and turn right at Bath St. 38 is on the next block.
• By Train:
  • To Queen St: On leaving by main door (GEORGE SQUARE exit) Turn right. Walk along to Buchanan St. Turn right till you get to Bath St. Turn left and cross to other side of the road. 38 is on the next block.
  • To Glasgow Central: Leave station by the Union St exit. Turn left. Walk up the hill till you get to Bath St. Turn right and go to other side of road.38 is about 100 metres along.
• Driving:
  • From M8 eastbound: On the Kingston Bridge, take City Centre exit. Drive to the end of Bothwell St and turn left onto Hope St (keep to the right hand lane). Turn left at West Regent St. Turn left at West Nile St. Turn left at Bath St 38 is on the right.
  • From the east or M74: Take M8 heading to City Centre. Exit at Junction 18. Turn left into Sauchiehall St. Drive along till you get to Rose St. Turn Left Turn next right into Renfrew St. Turn right at Renfield St. Turn left into West Regent St. Turn left into West Nile St. Turn left into Bath St and 38 is on the right.

Amenities:

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests.
Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

Stay less than 7 nights: cancellation deadline: 2 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 1 nights charge.

Stay between 7 to 29 nights: cancellation deadline: 4 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 2 nights charge.

Stay of more than 30 nights: cancellation deadline: 15 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 3 nights charge.
