Location
Situated on the fringe of Derby's City Centre the apartments are ideally located for all commercial areas and business park's of the city. Close by, there is a wealth of bars, shops, restaurants and museums. The University of Derby and the city centre are within easy walking distance. Transport links are superb allowing quick access to surrounding towns and cities. Derby is also the gateway to the Peak National Park, with some of the UK's most stunning scenery and oldest heritage sites, just a short journey away.

Travel

• By Airport: East Midlands Airport is located approximately 15 miles from SACO Derby, taking just over 20 minutes in the car. The Derby Skylink also travels to and from Derby city centre and the airport on a regular basis.



• By Bus: Derby Central Bus Station is less than a mile from our SACO apartments and will take approximately 15 minutes when walking. Local and national bus services are available from here.



• By Train: Derby train station is located 1.5 miles from SACO Derby, taking 25 minutes when walking. Trains to and from all major cities are available from here.

Late check out possible at extra cost of £10.00 + VAT for a maximum of 4 hours, beyond that clients will need to book an extra night.

Amenities:

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

All cancellations must be made at least 8 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellation made within this period is non-refundable.
