Cock Lane Penthouse luxurious two bedroom duplex apartment in the heart of London. The Penthouse offers a contemporary designed apartment over two floors featuring wooden floors; neo classic artwork; fully tiled bath and shower rooms fitted with power showers and heated towel racks. The fully fitted kitchens provide all the facilities one needs to dine and entertain; a separate utility room and storage room.
The open-plan living room comprises seating area and plasma TV; a dining area looking onto the patio terrace. The living room is bright and spacious attracting natural light from sky lights and glass sliding doors opening out onto the private terrace. The two carpeted bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage space as well as quality linens. The en-suite master bedroom has a walk-in closet and separate entrance to the floor.

- Parties or any other behaviour disturbing or injuring other guests will result in immediate expulsion from the property. The entire stay will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
- Pets are not allowed in the Cock Lane Serviced Apartments London
- Cock Lane Apartments cannot accept a booking after 5.30pm for a same day arrival. Also after 5.30pm on a Friday they cannot accept a booking to arrive that Friday night, the Saturday or the Sunday.
- Cock Lane Apartments operate self check in facilities. Prior to arrival a confirmation must be received from Cock Lane Apartments with the check in procedure and access codes.
Directions:
St Paul’s Tube Station is the nearest London Underground Tube Station to Cock Lane Apartments. Take the Cheapside or Newgate Street Exit and walk up to Newgate Street. Take the second street on the right (Giltspur Street) and Cock Lane Serviced Apartments is on the left hand side of the Street.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY
The cancellation and amendment deadline is for 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time. This cancellation policy will also be stated on the confirmation. All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail. Any reservation cancelled more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Any reservation amended (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force. Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival. Any reservation made or arriving within 3 working days prior to arrival will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled prior to arrival will also incur a full charge. Clients are responsible for contacting Apartotels.com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the property will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY For a cancellation notified at any time after mid-day (12:00) 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date or for a 'no show', Apartotels.com will retain an amount as follows: for stays of under 7 nights, the value of one night's stay; for stays of between 7 nights to 27 nights, the value of three nights' stay; and for stays of more than 28 nights, the value of seven nights' stay.
The above amount will be deducted from the refund issued. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to a £25 (GBP) processing fee if the length of stay is being reduced. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force and both the new rate and processing fee will be taken into account before any refund is made. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be extended (subject to availability of course), there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.
