Apartment Description:
Citadines Trocadero is a 3-star air-conditioned apartment providing accommodation in its 97 apartments in two wings of over 5 and 6 floors. The apartment features 65 studios for 1 or 2 people, 5 one-bedroom apartments to accommodate up to 2 people, 22 one-bedroom apartments to accommodate around 3 to 4 people, and 5 two-bedroom apartments with a capacity to accommodate 5 to 6 people. In studios, you can find sofa or pullout beds and in apartments, there is availability of sofa or pullout beds in the lounge area and one double or two single beds in the bedroom.
While staying in the apartment, you can explore the living shopping area around rue Saint-Didier. You can also stroll around Trocadero gardens and also beyond the Seine River. You can also explore the beauty of the Champs-de-Mars with the Eiffel Tower and the Bois de Boulogne, which is just five minutes away by car. Other attractions located close to the apartment are the musees de la Marine, musees de l`Homme, Guimet and Galliera, and the Palais de Tokyo. You can also watch a show at the theatre National de Chaillot.
Rooms:
All air-conditioned studios and apartments are air-conditioned and have a bathroom provided with hairdryer and separate toilet in one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. There is a fully-equipped kitchen area which features stove, oven, dishwasher (except in small studios) and fridge. Other in-room facilities include TV with Canal + and satellite channels, direct-line phone and hi-fi system. House linen is also provided and is changed once a week free of charge. Cleaning of house is also free of charge and is done once in a week. For additional house-cleaning service on request, it is charged. Beds will be found made up on your arrival. The apartment features 6 apartments for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is located with a lively residential neighborhood which is just a few distances away from the Trocadero business area, the Kleber International Conference Centre and the Champs-Elysees and avenue de la Grande Armee.
Access:
The apartment is served by Metro lines 2 (Victor Hugo station), 6 and 9 (Trocadero station). Bus lines 22, 30, 52 and 82 are available from the nearest bus station from the apartment. Orly airport and Roissy CdG are 30 and 50 minutes away from the apartment, respectively. From the ring road, take an exit at Porte de la Muette, Porte Dauphine or Porte Maillot/Ternes.

Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY
The cancellation and amendment deadline is for 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time. This cancellation policy will also be stated on the confirmation. All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail. Any reservation cancelled more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
Any reservation amended (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force. Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival. Any reservation made or arriving within 3 working days prior to arrival will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled prior to arrival will also incur a full charge. Clients are responsible for contacting Apartotels.com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the property will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
For a cancellation notified at any time after mid-day (12:00) 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date or for a 'no show', Apartotels.com will retain an amount as follows: for stays of under 7 nights, the value of one night's stay; for stays of between 7 nights to 27 nights, the value of three nights' stay; and for stays of more than 28 nights, the value of seven nights' stay.
The above amount will be deducted from the refund issued. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL
After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to a £25 (GBP) processing fee if the length of stay is being reduced. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force and both the new rate and processing fee will be taken into account before any refund is made. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be extended (subject to availability of course), there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.
