How to book
Browse through our home page to check our latest deals or visit the “Hot deals”
page for a more comprehensive list. From any of our pages you can run a general
search using the search box at the top of the page or using the box incorporated
into a specific apartments’ page to check that apartment in particular.
Searches can be made and listed by location, category, theme, star rating and more.
Apartments will be shown to have one of 2 statuses:
REQUEST: Some apartments are
displayed on our site on “request” only basis. This means that we will need to check
the availability for you and contact you.
AVAILABLE: Means INSTANT confirmation
of your booking will be displayed on your screen as well as sent to you by email.
Once you make your selection click “Book Now” to continue. On the next page you
will be able to enter your contact details (or sign in if you registered/booked
with us before) and credit card details for payment if the apartment you chose was
“Available”. Once you submit your payment you will receive an instant confirmation
on screen and by email.
If the apartment you chose was on “Request” basis you will not need to pay at this
point, once you submit your details you will be contacted shortly after by a member
of our booking team with the status of your request.
Once a booking or request has been fully completed and payment has been taken you
will also receive a “Voucher” via email, which will need to be printed out and must
be presented to the front desk/reception desk upon check-in at the apartment you
booked.
